Understanding the process of Organization Development
The process of Organization Development begins with identifying the problems which can be resolved inside the organization. However, the process of doing so progresses through a number of stages and thereby determines satisfying results. It is a cyclic procedure and ceases only when the desired end result is attained. This way some great practices are discovered for further implementation within the organization. The various phases included in the process of Organization Development are identification of the problem, assessment of the causes, action planning, implementation planning and collection of data for evaluation. After all these steps are performed the final results are determined and feedback is provided.
