Increasing workplace productivity without having to crack the whip is easier than beating them into submission

Increasing workplace productivity without having to crack the whip is easier than beating your workforce into paled submission, and a lot less stressful for them too. Present every one of them with one of the ergonomic office chairs which are designed to improve posture and ease away the fatigue and tiredness which poor posture generates. The other side effects of poor posture apart from the fatigue are the potential for injury and stress burden placed on the joints of the body.
Elbows, wrists and knees are particularly susceptible, but worse is the stress placed on vertebrae and hips; damage your back or any of the controlling elements, and you're storing up trouble for the future. Workplace related injuries and other skeletal issues are being attributed to increasing numbers of people sitting as an element of their everyday work.
Take away the root cause and you start to eliminate the problem.
