Increase metabolism and stay healthy
Slow metabolism tends to accumulate fats faster and thus the very first step to lose weight is to increase the metabolism rate of your body. There are a number of ways to gain it such as by drinking plenty of liquids such as water, juices, soups etc to prevaricate metabolic disruption. You also need to provide your body all the important antioxidant vitamins like vitamin C and vitamin B in sufficient amount. Besides, you need to remain physically active for which you can go for a right exercise regime. Apart from all this, what you eat also matters a lot. So, make sure to include a lot of green vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet to increase metabolism and stay healthy.
