If you SERIOUSLY looked at how much money your company wastes per year on flushing perfectly good drinking water down the sewer every time one of your employees flushed the John you would instigate a program of rain harvesting immediately.
Rain water is free and goodness knows enough of it falls during the year and runs off roofs into guttering and down into the city sewers never to see the light of day till the next time; however all that free water could be collected efficiently through a built in rainwater harvesting system to be used for toilet flushing, watering the gardens and plants around the building, and all you pay for is the equipment infrastructure and installation.
After that the dollars you will save on water utility bills will be staggering, probably enough to buy yourself a new Porsche.
