Increasing workplace productivity is as simple as 24 hour chairs

Increasing workplace productivity is as simple as 24 hour chairs although it has to be said that ergonomic chairs are not all created equal. There are two major issues facing the increasing number of working people who use computers in the workplace, namely their long term vision and long term back health.
Sitting for anything up to eight or nine hours a day in a chair which isn't ergonomically sound will cause long term back issues to develop; our bodies are well oiled machines and amazingly intricate and any abuse over time will lead to potential breakdowns. You owe it to yourself to ensure the chair you sit in is ergonomically designed for maximum comfort and lumbar support; after all it is your body that will suffer the pain of damaged discs, damaged vertebrae and potentially developing sciatica later in life.
