If your current projector stops working or breaks down just at the time it is needed, serves you right for not renting in the first place- projector rental would have saved you all that lost time AND saved you on cost of the thing in the first place. Many businesses have a projector as an internal training aid is sales team aid, but how often is it actually in use? Once month, twice a month, weekly or is it more like once or twice a year?
Can the cost of a new projector really be justified when it is hardly ever used, and if indeed it is used is it really giving value for money?
Just rent a projector and leave the repairs and cost of replacement to someone else, it makes far better sense economically, unless of course you have money to burn, in which case you can send any surplus to me.
