Use an LCD projector rental service for your next business seminar or sales presentation and get the message over in double quick time, leaving more time for a nice long lunch all on the expense account. Seriously, the number of times a projector needs to be used in order for you to get value for money is every day, not just once or twice year or once a month. They cost an awful lot of money and their design and technology is superseded about every eighteen months to two years. Unless it is used every day it is dead money, and far better value to rent one in for a couple of hours or for a whole day once a month to keep the stakeholders in the loop.
Projector rental is far more cost effective and of course if anything goes wrong with it the repairs are not your worry. Sorted!
