Alcoholics meetings are organized to help a person get rid of his drinking habits. There are many people who are involved in such drinking alcoholic habits and even want to come out of it but due to their own personnel reasons and no support they fail to. These meetings are a way to help them out. They are of two types- closed and open. In closed alcoholics meeting there are only two members. The main idea behind closed meeting is to maintain privacy so that the victim feels comfortable talking about it. And open meetings involves number of people like teachers, students and whosoever is interested to know about such topics. These meeting have an effective impact on people suffering from such problems.
