However, there are copious ways in which you can increase metabolism rate of your body. Firstly, do not ever compromise with your sleep. A sleep of at least eight hours is a must. Workouts and exercises also play a crucial role in this regard. Moreover, having frequent protein rich meals also prove to be quite helpful as they give the body a regular energy supply for the whole day. Besides, drinking plenty of water, lifting some weights, remaining active all day are some of the other things which you should include in your daily routine.
