Vitamins are essential for metabolism and a normal growth of the body. Their main function involves metabolizing various nutrients to give energy and initiate reactions within the body. These supplements are available in different forms. However, the liquid supplements carry an absorption rate of 98% whereas the pills have only 10% rate. They are even easier to take. Still it is advisable to take them under the direction of a doctor.
