Understanding business intelligence

Business intelligence is a process of collecting meaningful information and data, sorting it, analyzing it and then finally evaluating as well as examining this data or information to generate reports. After this the company owners use these reports to make accurate business decisions. Thus, this process helps a company to organize all the assessed information and make it available whenever needed. Because of the fact that different organizations have different needs, the business intelligence systems can be customized to meet the specific needs of a company. Today, every business organization whether big or small should understand the importance of this system and benefit from it.
