Baking is something which needs correct estimation, a perfect blend of the ingredients and a bit of patience. However, you need to very sure that you choose the right replacement otherwise you may get a completely different dish with a different taste and appearance. You can always go for experiments but make sure to choose the replacement ingredient which has maximum resemblance to the ingredient which you want to replace in terms of taste, color, texture, flavor etc.
